Announce end of life¶

• Send a mail to ceph-devel announcing the release is no longer supported

Cleanup leftovers¶

• Remove the release from https://github.com/ceph/ceph/milestones
• Close pull requests targeting the release at https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pulls
• Look for open issues targeting the release in http://tracker.ceph.com and unset the release
• Delete the release-backports branch
• Close http://tracker.ceph.com/rb/release/???/edit (where ??? is the number associated with the release)
• Remove the release name from all issues as listed by the "Backports: release" custom query ( for instance http://tracker.ceph.com/projects/ceph/issues?query_id=68 )
• Remove the release custom query
