Communication and Notes

  • Limit all communication and notes related to a particular batch to the tracker ticket.
Ticket Assignment
  • Whoever creates a ticket should keep it assigned to themselves until the batch is ready for review.
  • The ticket is then assigned to a reviewer, and the status changes to "QA Need Approval".
Review Process
  • The reviewer has the following options:
    • Approval
      • If the reviewer approves the batch, the assignee is changed to Yuri (or whoever created the ticket), and the status is changed to "QA Approved".
    • Rebase or Rerun Needed
      • If a rebase, rerun, or rebuild is needed, the assignee is changed to Yuri (or whoever created the ticket), and the status is changed to "QA Need Rerun/Rebuild".
Ticket Closure
  • Upon receiving all necessary approvals, the ticket is closed.
