main goal is to introduce Service Instances migration count to keep track of the daemon versions. This thread more or less explains it! https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/52395#discussion_r1280188641 Also provide the option to retrigger the upgrade from the UI if it fails or didn't retrieved anything
