https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/43972 I made some usability improvements in https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/43373 (pacific: https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/43457), but accidentally switched things so the disalllowed_leaders member is only displayed in "mon dump" when you're in stretch mode. You can set disallowed leaders based on election modes; stretch mode not required!
