In #51222 tests were "implemented for ceph-backport.sh":https://lab.fedeproxy.eu/ceph/ceph-backport/-/blob/467f1a0ea7ae6acaa26207592ba2eb4d0126cded/tests/test-ceph-backport.sh#L97-141. They spawn a Gitea and redmine instance in docker for the duration of the test.
