Currently, the page title of the Dashboard application is "Ceph" and does not change when switching to any other page/section of the dashboard. I'd suggest to replace "Ceph" with "Ceph Manager Dashboard". If possible, the page title should also change relative to which page I'm currently looking at, e.g. "Ceph > OSD" "OSD" or "Ceph > Object "Object Gateway" (basically taking the breadcrumb title as the page title).
