Log files created under /var/log/radosgw/ do not have the .log extension

Description

The radosgw creates log files in /var/log/radosgw/ when no "log file" option is set.

The log filename is <client_name>. the logrotate script for the RGW looks for *.log files, thus the radosgw logs are never rotated.
The filename should be changed to <client_name>.log.
