Description

Looks like radosgw has options like `--debug-rgw` & `--log-file`, but these don't seem to appear in the help or documentation

I pushed a couple of commits to fix most of undocumented options in man pages & help for #8112. Can you let me know what is that we're missing so that we can close this & #8112 as well.
