Description

we have a dumpling-emperor-x, but now that firefly is out i think the two-hop we care about is dumpling -> firefly -> x. we can probably just copy the dumpling-emperor-x suite to dumpling-firefly-x and s/emperor/firefly/ ?

we should probably also interject steps after the upgrade to 'ceph osd crush tunables firefly' so we get coverage there.
