ceph-deploy calamari connect fails when multiple hosts are listed.

Description

"ceph-deplpy install" works successfully on a list of hosts.
"ceph-deploy calamari connect" fails on the second host of a list of hosts.
Running the command with a single host succeds.

The command line "ceph-deploy calamari connect rhceph-9 rhceph-8" fails with the bellow error message:
