1 ops are blocked > 32.768 sec on osd.36
2 ops are blocked > 65.536 sec on osd.91
1 ops are blocked > 32.768 sec on osd.91
1 ops are blocked > 32.768 sec on osd.566

for osd.91, which is down + out.

this eventually gets clear out for an out osd, once PGMonitor catches up. the request histogram isn't clear on osd down/up, though.
