Description
ceph-deploy tests are failing because it can't find version 0.79 of ceph-fuse on CentOS/RHEL repos.
Example log file: http://qa-proxy.ceph.com/teuthology/teuthology-2014-04-23_01:10:22-ceph-deploy-firefly-distro-basic-vps/210690/teuthology.log

This was caused by the fact that:
Lists the version as 0.79 but the actual files are 0.80-rc1. I am not sure if this is because weirdness with the v0.80-rc1 tag/branch that was pushed out which happens to be the same sha1 as the firefly branch (which probably built later) and subsequent builds of the firefly dev branch won't have this issue.
Leaving open for now and forcing a rebuild of the firefly branch to see if this is still happening.

I think we are going to need to have something new comitted to the firefly branch so the v0.80-rc1 branch and 'firefly' branch have different sha1's before this issue goes away.
