Description

We need to make crimson aware about SnapMapper::Scrubber and the purged snaps flow (track record_purged_snaps() in the classical).

I noticed that you picked up also https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/63766 which is WIP - https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/56446.
