Description
MDS daemons on linux machines take ~50% CPU, with the quiesce db mgr thread at the top.
Analysis of the issue showed that the time interval passed into the @condition_variable::wait_for()@ method can cause an overflow and result in a busy loop instead of sleeping most of the time.
