Description
The rpm repos (f18 just re-checked, f19 checked a few days ago) contain 0.69 rpms, which end up superseding the 0.67.* ones. I mentioned this on IRC a few days ago, but I guess this didn't reach someone who could fix it. I hope this issue report reaches the right person.
So far, I've been making do with --exclude=*-0.69, but this could exclude other desirable updates.

I've deleted the v0.69 packages from the dumpling repo, and verified that v0.67.4 is installed by default.
Not entirely sure how they got there, but I'm guessing they snuck in when the latest ceph-deploy was added to the repo.
