Description
By adding a top subcommand the admin should be able to understand the performance of the gateway from reactor CPU to overall IOPS, to individual namespaces. Each namespace should be shown with similar stats to iostat (r/s, wMB/s, r-await r-reqsz etc)
The tool should ideally present a batch mode function for capture to a file, and a console mode for regular use like linux 'top'
