Description
test_account_role_delete()
from https://github.com/ceph/s3-tests/pull/537 creates a role, deletes it, then creates it again. the test sometimes fails because the second role's CreateDate comes before the first one
FAILED s3tests_boto3/functional/test_iam.py::test_account_role_delete - assert datetime.datetime(2024, 2, 11, 16, 2, 7, 410000, tzinfo=tzutc()) <= datetime.datetime(2024, 2, 11, 16, 2, 7, 180000, tzinfo=tzutc())
the two CreateDate responses look like this:
<CreateDate>2024-02-11T16:02:07.41Z</CreateDate> <CreateDate>2024-02-11T16:02:07.180Z</CreateDate>
the first response should have formatted the fractional seconds as .041Z
