Description

Clusters affected by: https://tracker.ceph.com/issues/49689 will need to upgrade to a release version that includes the fix (Backported to P and later).
After upgrading, check_past_interval_bounds must be skipped in order to allow the OSD to boot and come back up. Later on, the skip should be returned to false.
