Description

The commit 21ac4f918cef16ec5b3d59d45077353795deadaf
introduced OP_UPDATE_INC to BlueFS replay mechanism.
It is introduced by https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/48915.

The result is that one cannot downgrade from v16.2.11+ to v16.2.10.
