Creating this ticket because Venky wants me to backport the PR for this ticket.
Summary of this PR -
Variable g_ceph_context is global, therefore, in src/mds, use it directly instead of passing it as a parameter to various methods. This triggers change in src/test/mds/TestMDSAuthCaps.cc
