Maybe not really related to cephadm, but that's the closest component involved. @adking - please reroute as necessary.

I think cephadm is the one that triggered the podman pull, but unless that's happening every time, I'd assume this was something that went wrong within podman at that momemnt rather than an issue on the cephadm side. If it is happening every time I guess we'd have to look at how we're invoking this and see if we're causing the coredump
