Description

Permission in MDS caps need to start with (or be) "r" or "rw". Else the permissions are not right. "ceph fs authorize" command already prints an error message clarifying this but "ceph auth add", "ceph auth caps, "ceph auth get-or-create" don't. Let's change that behaviour of these command to print better error message, the way "ceph fs authorize" does it.
