Description
The cephadm binary (zipapp) can store more than just the raw cephadm sources, thus we can add versioning information to it. The plan is to change the `cephadm version` command from reporting on the version of ceph in a container image to reporting on the version of ceph that built the cephadm command.
Previously discussed in the ceph orchestration weekly.
