Description

Currently we either bind to ipv4 or ipv6. With the rsockets code, we may also bind to an rsockets v4 or v6 addr. Allow the msgr to bind to multiple addr types.

  • extend the Messenger API to allow for multiple addrs
  • extend Accepter to do the binding and accepting
