I don't think I tried reimaging explicitly (using teuthology-reimage command) However, the supervisor log suggested that it the job successfully reimaged.

I see this error in the log DEBUG:teuthology.run_tasks:Exception was not quenched, exiting: SELinuxError: SELinux denials found on ubuntu@smithi190.front.sepia, I think it is something that was already fixed
