Was thinking that a file named "cephadm" in the directory where buld.py lives (typically ceph/src/cephadm) would make sense as a default for this given that's where any old automation would expect to find the cephadm binary. The idea being this makes the only update to the automation is running the build.py and then any old logic to copy the "cephadm" blob from its old location would work from there. There's a case that a CWD default would also make sense but I prefer the former personally.
