Description

Currently, OSD and MDS bind ports via the ms_bind_port_min and ms_bind_port_max options. However, this makes it impossible for the client's network policy to differentiate by port when the OSD and MDS are on the same node. I think it's good to add new options to make them distinguishable.

This has always been possible by way of [osd], [mds], etc sections in ceph.conf file. See discussion in https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/47999#discussion_r965031227.
