Description
When creating a grafana daemon, cephadm allows passing an initial admin password in the spec which can be used to log into the grafana dashboard. There is also a setting that can be accessed with "ceph dashboard get-grafana-api-password" and set with "ceph dashboard set-grafana-api-password" that is supposed to correspond to the same password. Cephadm should update this setting when it is creating a grafana instance with a user provided password.
