Description

Right now, if the upgrade was to fail for some transient reason, then "ceph orch upgrade resume" was run, even if the upgrade continues successfully to completion it will continue to report the previous error the entire time. This is very misleading when typically the message should be saying something like "currently upgrading osd daemons" and instead it just continues to report "Error: UPGRADE_REDEPLOY_DAEMON: Upgrading daemon osd.0 on host XXX failed." even if that issue has been resolved.
