Description of problem¶

Since https://github.com/ceph/ceph/commit/72d72fc5db the redirect from the active to the passive dashboard does happen via IP-addresses, only. I know this is still an issue we don't have a solution for, yet. Although I'm wondering if it's possible to improve the situation a little bit. Possibly add a dashboard option for the admin to decide if the IP address should be resolved or not.
