Description of problem¶
The grafana component has 8 level A accessibility issues:
missing iframe title: 1
buttons lacking accessible names: 1
missing list container: 2
missing aria attributes: 3

Perhaps this can be considered a "high-traffic" or "high-impact" component. Maybe we should treat this Tracker as we do the login and health page, and address all accessibility issues at once.
