Hi,
We are currently using the Pacific release. We need the documentation offline, and since we haven't found any pdf available for the Pacific release, we are trying to build the documentation based on your small guide.
However, we are having some issues building with the build-doc script. It complains about a dependency and we have no idea how to include that dependency: cython3devevinstall.
Please see the attached picture for more information.

Could you please assist on this or maybe if possible, deliver a pdf version of the Pacific release.
