The Sepia LRC's mgr keeps throwing the following error:

2022-05-11T13:44:10.636+0000 7fdb9d799700  0 [pg_autoscaler ERROR root] pool 119 has overlapping roots: {-5, -1}
2022-05-11T13:44:10.640+0000 7fdb9d799700  0 [pg_autoscaler ERROR root] pool 121 has overlapping roots: {-40, -5, -1}

1. This error message is buried in a mgr log. It should be a ceph health error if it truly is an error.
2. The error message just dumps the pool ID. I have no idea how to extrapolate the pool name from the ID #.
3. I have no idea how to fix this. The autoscaler's just stuck. I think the error message should include a link to documentation on how to resolve.
