ideas:
- pg_stat_t could include a concise histogram of op latencies
- once the ops do complete, the pg stats will update (for writes at least; what about reads?) and the pg stats will update again
or better:
- osd_stat_t could include op latency histogram, and other interesting performance info (like avg req latency, iops, bps, etc.)
- osd reporting logic might not even need a significant change
- would also expose much-needed performance disparities...
