Description

Currently, if you apply an osd spec in raw mode with multiple data devices, one `ceph-volume raw prepare` command will be generated that lists each data device. While this works great for `ceph-volume lvm batch`, passing multiple data devices at once to `ceph-volume raw prepare` is currently not supported. Cephadm needs to account for this and generate a separate command for each one.
