Description

Right now when a user uses cephadm (from a package or github) to upgrade a cluster he/she could forget to upgrade the cephadm binary itself. As
consequence cephadm could remain old in comparison with the cluster ceph image. Upgrades documentation on [1] should be updated to added a note
(or a new step) to upgrade the cephadm binary to one corresponding to the target release.
