Description

If bootstrapping and providing --image <container-image> but also --no-minimize-config cephadm will only deploy the first mgr and mon with the specified image and all other daemons will be deployed on the default image. Can't think of a case where somebody would actually want this so it should be fixed so --image is still respected fully when bootstrapping.
