Description
In _calc_target(), i send a mon_command to mon every time and wait for the mon_command_ack. However, mon is not always able to receive the mon_command. if i dont get the mon_command_ack, i'll try to resend the same mon_command, but fail again and again.
if i cancel this calc_target(),and send another mon_command, it success;

another mon_command means the same prefix command but with different parameters
