I use ceph rgw pubsub sync module create a topic, notice NoSuchBucket
postman post:
192.168.56.106:8080/topics/topic1?OpaqueData=""&push-endpoint=192.168.56.108:8001&amqp-exchange=""&amqp-ack-level=none&verify-ssl=false&kafka-ack-level=none&use-ssl=false&ca-location=""recive a responce:

if i create bucket topics，it will putobj ，create obj in topics bucket

[root@node106 ~]# ceph -v
ceph version 16.2.6 (ee28fb57e47e9f88813e24bbf4c14496ca299d31) pacific (stable)
has the same issue。

becuse i sending requests to non pubsub zone,so it's my misktake. close it
