Description
running `radosgw-admin bucket reshard --bucket {bucketname} --num-shards {num-shards}` failed, but index pool has some indexs which count less than {num-shards}
then I cleanup these indexs using `radosgw-admin reshard stale-instances rm`, but these indexs can not be removed.
