Description

There was an idea introduced in this issue (https://github.com/ceph/pulpito/issues/83) to include a link to the scrape log on the Pulpito home screen. The motivation behind this request is to make it easier for Pulpito newcomers and/or people who don't have sepia lab access to view their log files.
