Currently, pulpito has a link to the "teuthology.log" file in each individual results page. For example:

https://pulpito.ceph.com/khiremat-2021-08-09_13:23:53-fs-wip-khiremat-test-kernel-exclude-failures-distro-basic-smithi/6327912/

...has a link to teuthology.log:

http://qa-proxy.ceph.com/teuthology/khiremat-2021-08-09_13:23:53-fs-wip-khiremat-test-kernel-exclude-failures-distro-basic-smithi/6327912/teuthology.log

I almost always need to look at other files that just that log though. Could we also add a link to the directory where teuthology.log lives, so we don't need to do URL surgery to get there (and to make it simpler to explain to newbies). For the above example, we'd want a link like this:

http://qa-proxy.ceph.com/teuthology/khiremat-2021-08-09_13:23:53-fs-wip-khiremat-test-kernel-exclude-failures-distro-basic-smithi/6327912/
