Description

Problem reproduction:
1. setup two ceph cluster, configurate rbd pool with image mirror mode. data is only mirrored from primary cluster to secondary cluster.
2. enable image mirror with snapshot mode at primary cluster.
3. you will see image will show at secondary cluster, but disappeared on primary cluster dashboard. but `rbd ls` command can show this image at primary cluster.

Also, I had the same problem when I took snapshots on k8s cluster with ceph-CSI.
So I suspect that two of them using some snapshot mechanism is causing dashboard's
list image logic to be broken.
