V15-2-14 Octopus has been released 10 days ago, but there are no Docker images available for any platform ( I need AMD64 and Arch64) ! https://hub.docker.com/r/ceph/ceph/tags?page=1&ordering=last_updated&name=v15.2.14
Appreciate all the work going into fixes, but thought someone needs to be aware as this doesn't seem right to not have source available after release has been announced, usually there are there right away ?

Have found a commit on ceph-container stating that docker hub is deprecated as of Aug 21, and switching to quay.io
Just having a look now on master branch of ceph/src/cephadm/cephadm and looks like quay.io is defined, but doesn't look like it's been backported to Octopus cephadmin which leaves us a bit unable to upgrade without some hacking.

Looks like there is already a commit, but it's not been merged yet

have found a workaround for anyone else reading this;
calling from ceph shell <cephadm shell>
ceph orch upgrade start --image quay.io/ceph/ceph:v15.2.14
