Description
After updating to 16.2.5 the orchistrator seems to be starting a new task every minute with the following message: "Updating node-exporter deployment (+3 -7 -> 3)".
The task seems to never complete, and i have had to pause the orchistrator to prevent the tasks from flooding everything.

After some debugging I've managed to "fix" this by removing the node-exporter service, rebooting all managers, and then applying node-exporters again.
I think this is related to the fact that i've applied the "_noschedule" label to my OSDs before the label was available.
