Description

MDSRank doesn't need to store the fs_name fetched from the MMDSMap message's map_fs_name. fs_name can be obtained by MDSRank from the mdsmap in the MMDSMap message. https://github.com/ceph/ceph/commit/51af2346fdf accidentally introduced the map_fs_name(file system's name) in the MMDSMap message.
