797089ef082b99910eebfd9454c03d1f027c93bb added mon_debug_dump_transactions to dump to a
separate log file (mon_debug_dump_location, /var/log/ceph/$cluster-$name.tdump by default).
mikedawson and nigwil note that it's chewing up a lot of space:

(08:03:18 PM) nigwil: my .tdump has reached 3.4GB :-)
It should definitely default to False, I believe.

I pushed a fix to the cuttlefish branch to get the gitbuilders chewing on it.
