Description
This is part of the project of cleaning and improving the Teuthology documentation that was added in January of 2021.
This follows from this PR:
https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/39207
All mention of Workbench should be removed from the documentation. Workbench no longer works.
This involves a rewrite of running-tests-in-the-cloud.rst, and probably quite a bit more.
