Description

Right for a active-standby mgr deployment, user could make dashboard hosted on standby node to report
500 status error. user could use a revserse proxy to choose the alive server. But it requires commercial support for some proxies, for example, nginx.

So i think it might be convenient to provide a config and disable starting cherrypy at all.
