Description

We don't currently set the gid_list in the MClientRequest header. We should so that the MDS can make sensible enforcement decisions.

The point where we encode the header is too late however, so we'll need to restructure how we track the call's credentials. This is also necessary in order to properly implement alternate dentry names for fscrypt.
